• What it locks are the CSV export from your stock, automatic pricing and the Pricing Bot.
• Alongside that there is a seven-day trial.
• The paid subscription has tiers based on the seller’s revenue. Growing means paying more.

Which part of your work requires it

Less than most people assume. Capturing, matching the right version and downloading a finished import file happens entirely in CardEntry. Reading that file in and writing stock to Cardmarket works in the free version too, as long as you stay under 50 new changes a day. What you pay for is volume and automation: bigger stacks in one day, pricing without handwork, the bot.

What falls to us instead

CardEntry has no subscription and no base fee. You buy credits, one credit processes one card image, and what is left over does not expire. New accounts start with 500 free credits, and packages start at €9.99 for 3,000 card images. These are two separate items. Budget them separately.

Why we say this before the decision

Because it is the objection raised most often against CardEntry, and because after the purchase is too late to learn it. Today there is exactly one export target: TCG PowerTools. That dependency belongs on the table before you buy credits, not after.
